What transfers

Members and their households, billing plans and payment schedules, grading and rank history, your timetable and its attendance history, contact details and the consents attached to them, and signed waivers and documents.

What doesn't transfer cleanly, we tell you before we start rather than after.

Reviewing your data

We do the migration; you do the checking. Before anything is written into your live gym, you see the records as they will appear. Migration is the moment a gym is most likely to lose history or double-charge someone, which is exactly why it isn't a self-serve import button.

Running side by side

Your free trial is long enough to run both systems together. Members keep being served by your existing setup while you get familiar with this one, so nothing depends on you being confident on day one.

Going live

You pick the switch-over date. We're on hand through it. Billing moves across deliberately, so no member is charged twice and no payment is missed in the gap.

Not migrating at all?

Plenty of gyms arrive from a notebook, a group chat and a spreadsheet, or open their doors on Martial Rocket from day one. Setup works the same way — we build it with you either way.
