How hard is it to switch over?

What happens to my members' billing?
Billing runs on Stripe. Cards on file, automatic retries when a payment fails, freezes, and family accounts handled properly. Card details never touch our servers, and anything that touches money reaches you as a draft to approve rather than sending on its own.
Is there a member app?
Yes — a member portal, branded as your gym. Members see their schedule, book classes, follow their grading progress, message the gym and update their own card. It runs in any browser on any device, so there's nothing for members to download.
Which martial arts does it work for?
Kickboxing, boxing, BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai, karate, taekwondo, judo, wrestling and more. You build your own grading ladders — belts, stripes, gloves, skill tiers — with an editable syllabus at every level, so progression follows your syllabus rather than a fixed template.

Age groups are set up as your gym defines them, siblings sit together in one household, and messages about an under-18 are always addressed to their guardian and reviewed by a person before they send.
