Martial Rocket

Features

Everything your gym runs on.

One login for the money, the timetable, the gradings and the members. Here's what that actually means, feature by feature.

Get paid

Billing that runs itself

Memberships, plans and prices are set once, then charged on schedule. Failed cards retry automatically. Freezes pause billing without losing anyone's history or grading progress. Families sit in one household — bill them together or separately, whichever suits.

Payments run on Stripe, so card details never touch our servers.

Anything that touches money reaches you as a draft first. Nothing about a payment sends on its own.

Save time

Automations you stay in control of

Bookings, reminders and follow-ups run without you. Replies come pre-written in your gym's voice, learned from messages you've already sent.

Everything is draft-and-approve by default. You opt individual automations into sending on their own once you trust them.

Keep members

See a member fading before they're gone

Attendance and streaks build as members check in. When someone's attendance drops, they surface as at-risk while you can still make the call.

Win-back messages are matched to age group — a 7-year-old's parent doesn't get an adult's message.

Grow

Turn enquiries into members

Every enquiry enters a pipeline: enquiry, trial, attended, joined. Follow-ups fire at each stage, so nothing sits forgotten.

Front-desk check-in works for walk-ins and trials, not just members.

Guardrails that don’t need remembering

  • Money never auto-sends
  • Under-18 messages go to the guardian, approved by a person
  • Quiet hours — nothing goes out at 6am
  • A cap on how often anyone is contacted
  • A new language is confirmed with you first

Built for the mat

Built for martial arts, not gyms in general.

Gradings

Ladders that match your syllabus

Gloves, belts, stripes — you build the ladder, in your order, with your names. Each level holds the skills required to reach it, and you edit those directly. A gym teaching several disciplines runs a separate ladder for each.

Sign-off

Sign off from the mats

Coaches tick skills on a phone, in the moment. Progress is skills done against skills required, so a student and their parent can see exactly what's left. Changing a syllabus doesn't wipe anyone's existing progress.

Age groups

Bands you define, not a fixed list

Your bands drive who a message is addressed to, which ladder applies, and how retention messages are worded.

Youth safety

Built in, not bolted on

A message about an under-18 goes to their guardian, never the child. If no guardian is on file, it's held rather than sent to the child. Automated messages about a young member are always reviewed by a person first.
